Information you give us.

• Your email address, at signup and to send sign-in links.
• Your organisation or display name, and the professional role you select.
• Property addresses and parcel identifiers you submit for analysis.
• Optional details you add: saved-search names, notification addresses, webhook URLs, and any brand logo or colours for white-label reports.
• Anything you write in a support message or issue report.

Information created by using the service. Your analysis history and the reports produced, your plan and remaining allowance, share links you create and their view counts, and ordinary server logs including IP address and request time.

What we do not collect. We do not run analytics or advertising software. We do not build behavioural profiles. We never receive your full card number — Stripe handles that directly. Your API key is stored only as a one-way hash, so we cannot recover it and neither can anyone who obtains our database.

Reports may include information about a property and its recorded owner — assessed values, sale history, chain of title — drawn from public government records and licensed data providers. We are not the source of that information and we do not create it.

If you are a property owner and believe information in a report is wrong, the correction has to happen at the source: your county assessor, register of deeds, or the relevant provider. Tell us anyway at support@landaianalyst.com — we will look at how it reached the report and can suppress it from ours.

This service is not a consumer reporting agency and reports must not be used to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, housing or employment.

To run analyses you request, authenticate you, bill you, send transactional email you need (verification, sign-in links, report delivery, billing notices), respond to support, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations.

Marketing email is separate. If we send it, every message carries a working unsubscribe link and our postal address, and unsubscribing is honoured promptly. Unsubscribing never stops transactional mail you need to use your account.

We share personal information only with providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, for the purposes above:

The address you submit is sent to data providers in order to answer the question you asked, and report content is sent to Anthropic to produce the written analysis. We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a business transfer, in which case we will say so before your information moves.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

One cookie: landai_api_key, which holds your session so you stay signed in. It is host-only, HTTP-only and strictly necessary — the service cannot work without it. There are no analytics, advertising or cross-site cookies, so there is no consent banner to click through.

Account details and analysis history are kept for as long as your account is open, because your past reports are the product you paid for. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Server logs are kept for a short operational period.

Ask us to delete your account and we will delete it, along with your reports and saved searches, within 30 days — except records we must keep by law, and backups, which age out on their own cycle. Share links you created stop working.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy, opt out of sale or targeted advertising (we do neither), and not be discriminated against for exercising any of these.

Exercise any of them by emailing support@landaianalyst.com from your account address. We will verify the request and respond within the time the applicable law allows — generally 30 to 45 days. You may use an authorised agent.

Traffic is encrypted in transit. API keys are stored hashed, never in plain text. Each customer's data is scoped to their own tenant and requests are checked against that boundary. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and any regulator as required if a breach affects your information.

The service is operated from the United States and information is processed there. It is intended for business use by people aged 18 or over, and is not directed at children.
