North Carolina, all 100 counties
We would rather tell you where we are thin than sell you a report you cannot rely on. Every North Carolina parcel gets statewide parcel and zoning data from NC OneMap plus the federal layers — FEMA flood, USDA soils, USGS terrain, EPA and Census.
Some counties add more on top of that, and the table below says exactly which. We started in the Triangle, where the county property records and MLS comparable sales both run deepest, and the rest of the state came next. Outside North Carolina we decline the analysis rather than produce one built on a parcel record we do not have.
More states are coming, and we would rather add them one at a time and stand behind each than claim a map we cannot back up. If you work somewhere we have not reached, tell us below — that is what decides the order.

The remaining 77 counties get the statewide and federal layers — parcel boundaries, zoning, flood, soils, terrain, wetlands and demographics. Recent sale comparables and county tax detail may be thinner there than a local agent would hold, and the report says so on its face rather than leaving you to infer it.
