What counts as an analysis?
One completed parcel report — every data source plus the intelligence synthesis — counts as a single analysis, regardless of how many sources return data.
Why is pricing organized by persona?
Because the same parcel answers a different question depending on who's asking. A broker needs comps and pricing defense; an investor needs motivated-seller signals; a developer needs buildable yield and land residual. Each tier includes the analysis built for that job — you can still switch lenses on any report you've run.
I just own one piece of land. Do I need a subscription?
No. Start free, and if you need more than your free reports, buy a pack of 10 report credits for $39. They never expire, and nothing recurs.
How do free reports work?
Brokers, investors and developers get 3 to evaluate on their own deals. Landowners and buyers get 2, because that side usually needs one decision, not a trial. Refer someone and you both benefit — you earn a free report for every referral who signs up and verifies their email.
Can I white-label reports?
Yes. The Developer and Enterprise tiers include a branded client portal and PDF reports with your logo and colors.
Is there an API?
Every analysis is an API call. The Investor tier and above include programmatic access, batch analysis, and webhooks.
What happens after my free reports?
Nothing automatic — no card is on file. Upgrade in-app (Settings → Billing) or buy report credits whenever you're ready. Your data stays with your account either way.
